We use a milestone-based payment structure to protect both parties:

• 50% upfront — secures your project slot and covers initial discovery and design work
• 25% at design approval — paid when you formally sign off on the design mockup
• 25% before launch — the final invoice is cleared before your site goes live

The Clean-Site guarantee means: if any website we actively manage gets compromised, we restore it at no charge to you.

This applies to all Continuity plan clients. By taking on the financial risk of a breach ourselves, we're directly incentivized to maintain high security standards — weekly malware scans, firewall monitoring, plugin updates, and strong password policies from day one.

This guarantee does not apply to sites where we aren't the active hosting manager, or to sites where the client has made unauthorized changes that introduced a vulnerability.

All Continuity managed hosting plans are month-to-month by default. There are no lock-in contracts and no cancellation penalties. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel with 30 days' notice.

We also offer annual billing at a 10% discount for clients who prefer to pay once per year. If you prepay annually and decide to cancel mid-term, we'll refund the unused months.

Our primary focus is Nova Scotia and Atlantic Canada — we know this market intimately and our local SEO expertise is specifically tuned for regional search intent. That said, we work with clients across Canada.

Our managed hosting and web design services are fully remote-friendly. All strategy sessions, design reviews, and onboarding training can be done via video call.
